We deem to inform you that access procedure to the One Stop Office will be modified, turning the usual manual procedure to automatic in order to respect COVID-19 health dispositions.
Starting from 02 April, in order to access the One Stop Office it will be mandatory to request an entrance ticket.
Request via mobile app
The ticket can be requested via “PSA Genova Pra’ Transporters” mobile App already in use, soon to be integrated in a couple of weeks with “One Stop Office” button:
- Clicking on “One Stop Office” button, our App verifies if the ADSP badge is active on your device, if not a message requires to register the badge in the dedicated page yet present in the App.
- Once the transporter has set the badge, some buttons guide him through the whole process.
- The only active button is the bigger one (i.e. green button), allowing to request the access to the One Stop Office. This button is on exclusively if both the device GPS (i.e. geolocation function in your mobile) is active and the transporter is close to the One Stop Office.
- Firstly, the dedicated button shows how many transporters are waiting to enter the One Stop Office.
- The transporter waits his turn to access the One Stop Office onboard of his own truck..
- Once his turn has come, the transporter receives a push notification showing the allowed time frame for One Stop Office entrance.
- The transporter shows the push notification to the guardian: if the time is within the indicated time frame, then the transporter is allowed to enter, register the badge and proceed into the One Stop Office; in the chance the transporter does not arrive or the arriving is out of the time frame, the request expires.
- It is always possible to request another ticket.

Request via SMS
Starting from 02 April, the ticket can be requested via SMS to mobile number: +393316166446, texting “MERCI”.
- Should the request be accepted, the transporter receives back an “OK” SMS.
- The transporter waits his turn onboard of his own truck. A pre-alert SMS is sent once transporter turn is about to come.
- Shortly after, the transporter receives an alert message requesting to go to the One Stop Office within XX minutes.
- The transporter shows the SMS to the guardian: if the time is within the indicated time frame, then the transporter is allowed to go to the Totem, register the badge and proceed into the One Stop Office; in the chance the transporter does not arrive or the arriving is out of the time frame, the request expires.
- It is always possible to request another ticket.

Safety Distance
At One Stop Office entrance, a guardian guarantees the respect of the safety distance between transporters and verifies both push notification and SMS validity.
- The transporter has to wait on his own truck until push notification or SMS is received, detailing both start and end time of validity to approach the One Stop Office.
- The mobile device needs to be enabled for SMS service.
- The App. requests the access to GPS mobile function and requires the registration of ADSP badge.
- Transporters accesses to the terminal are not managed on the using of the GPS mobile geolocation function matched with the time of arrival into the terminal parking areas, indeed the accesses are managed by the time into which ticket are requested.
- It is assumed that a transporter entering the One Stop Office keeps on using the Totem.

In order to avoid unpleasant waiting into the terminal, we hereby remind you that it is more than ever important to consult each unit status using the wide range of tools made available from our organization:
- Mobile App., available both in “iOS” (in “App. Store”) and “Android” (in “Play Store”) versions, to be searched as “PSA Genova Pra’” and related operational functionalities (such as push notification for Buffer Area and electronic Location Slip).

- SMS service (this service needs the user to send a SMS to +393316166446, texting “PRE” followed by a full container number – not available for empty container).
Starting of the Service
All registered carriers will be sent a text message to announce the starting of the service: “DEAR TRANSPORTER STARTING FROM 02 APRIL, IN ORDER TO ACCESS PSA GP ONE STOP OFFICE, YOU WILL HAVE TO REQUEST A TICKET THROUGH MOBILE APP OR VIA SMS. DOWNLOAD THE APP”

In the chance the transporter had not been informed about the new measures to access the terminal, explanations flyers will be distributed at terminal entrance
